No, we’ll move and shuffle around your furniture to clean every inch of your carpet. However, if the furniture is:

• Older and Sentimental
• Damaged
• Valuable
• Exceedingly heavy

We’ll have a quick chat with you to discuss whether we should work around, or if you are happy to have us move things like the items listed above

This is not necessary at all. But would allow us to get stuck right in to the carpet extraction.

We do however, kindly ask that you pickup any personal items from the floor and/or things like children’s toys that could be sucked into the machine

Unfortunately it’s very hard to guarantee stain removal as part of our service. Whilst we have a range of stain removal chemicals and methods. Things like age, severity and type of material make it so that there is a possibility that some staining is permanent

Having said that, you can be rest assured that your carpeting, furniture and mattresses have been deeply cleaned, refreshed and extracted.

Pet mistakes are best treated as fast as possible. Whilst we use specialised chemicals to treat pet soiling, there are a few factors that can make it an uphill battle and something that may need a few treatments to fix.

Things like:

• Age
• Under veldt/under flooring saturated
• Type of rug/fabric/carpeting
• Chronic soiling

Please let us know if we will be treating any pet soiling, to give you a realistic expectation and provide you with tips to keep treating affected areas in the event of extreme soiling. This especially with older or under veldt affected areas.

Note: In some cases older soiling can be ‘locked in’ and once we introduce water, reactivate the odour as it starts to dry - which sometimes happens in the coming hours. Whilst we try our best to get ahead of such situations, it can be tricky to notice immediately and as a result may need further treatment.

Unfortunately we do not offer a cleaning service for any natural fibre rugs.

These are notoriously difficult to clean as they are very susceptible to discolouring, shrinkage and are very difficult to remove odours from.

In the event you would still like us to attempt a clean, please be aware of the risks as mentioned above

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee stain removal from mattresses. Whilst we do use various stain removal methods, we don’t use any heavy bleaching products.

What we can guarantee is a deep cleaned, refreshed and sanitised mattress

Note: It can be common for moisture to make any staining more visible. Often times as a mattress dries, these marks disappear almost completely.

Dry time is heavily dependent on a few factors like:

• Weather
• Air flow
• Pet soiling
• Staining
• Condition

Whilst weather is a factor, the bigger factor is air flow. If drying time is a concern we recommend the use of household fans to assist with air flow. This can make a noticeable difference

As a rough guide:

Good air flow - 6 to 12 hours
Low air flow - 6 to 24 hours

Absolutely. Our only recommendation is with clean feet or shoes

Note: Whilst the carpet it damp, any marks should lift easily with a little bit of dish soap and a cloth

We recommend every 6-12 months. With any significant spills, stains or pet soiling to be treated as they happen

Carpets are considered to have a life span of anywhere from 10-25 years

As a result, its best to error on the side of caution with what to expect when it comes to older carpets

In general old carpets can still achieve a great result however, things like damaged fibres, old stains and high traffic lanes are often affected permanently
